Lynn
Smith Klein (Sukhdev Kaur) was introduced to Hatha Yoga about eight
years ago and has been practicing ever since. Lynn is a certified yoga
teacher,
having completed a 100-hour teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga at Dhyana
Yoga in Philadelphia and the 200-hour Self-Mastery training in Kundalini
Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) through the Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization
(3HO). Lynn was given the spiritual name Sukhdev Kaur (Princess of
Divine Peace) by 3HO. Lynn is a member of the International Kundalini
Yoga Teachers' Association (IKYTA) and is a registered Yoga Alliance
teacher. In 2006, Lynn studied Nuad
Bo-Rarn traditional northern Thai massage in Thailand under Chongkol
Setthakorn and earned advanced certification from the ITM Massage
School, which is accredited by the Thai Ministry of Education, Chiang
Mai District.
She also earned
certification in traditional Thai foot reflexology.
Lynn holds a master's degree in Art History from Tyler School of Art,
Temple University, with a concentration in 19th-Century Symbolist Painting and
has spent significant time traveling in places like Thailand, Senegal, Belize,
and all over Europe.
